Jackfruit "Tuna"



For a 200g bowl (2-3 portions), you'll need:

- 200g Pulled Jackfruit (I use Jack and Chill!)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 50ml White Wine Vinegar
- 2.5 Tablespoons Kelp Powder
- 1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Salt

Combine all ingredients and marinate in the fridge overnight in an airtight container.
