Brownie-Pralines with Peanuts - #Veganuary2019

Hi again & Welcome to the last part of my 3-Part #Veganuary2019 feature blog series -
in collaboration with the fantastic Jon Ford !

Peanut & Chocolate Brownie Pralines (Brow-lines)

Bake Chocolate & Peanut Brownies as per instructions.
Once cooled down, cut into pieces & add into a blender. Blend into crumbles & set aside.
In a seperate bowl, whisk 3 tablespoons of Vegan Butter with 1 tablespoon Icing Sugar
& 4 tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter. Add brownie crumbs to the mix & start forming praline-sized
balls. Place on a plate & leave in the freezer for 20min. to set.

In the meantime, melt 400g of Dark Chocolate with 2 tablespoons of Vegan Butter in a water-bath.
Stir chocolate thoroughly before covering the set brownie balls with it (easiest is to add each
ball separately into the chocolate mix until covered & then remove them with a fork or small spoon).
Set Brow-lines on a plate with non-stick baking paper & cool in fridge for a minimum of 30 min. before serving!
