Homemade BBQ Seitan Ribs ala Bosh!

First trial of BBQ Seitan Ribs - with help from the wonderful Bosh boys!



Succulent, Smokey, Fruity - and simply super delish!
The Seitan is quite easy to make & the BBQ sauce is out-of-this world good!

I added new potatoes and a creamy vegan Béchamel.

For the Béchamel sauce, simply heat a knob of vegan margarine in a small pot. Once it's melted, stir in 1.5 Tablespoons of Flour (any white will do) & once this forms into a paste (about 20 sec.), add 1/2 a cup of plant milk (again, any you prefer will do!). After about 30-40 sec. this should start to thicken up & that's when you add another 1.5 cups of plant milk (depending on the thickness you'd like to achieve, you can add slightly more or less milk!). Finish by adding 2-4 Tablespoons (again, depending on how "Noochy" you'd like this) of Nutritional Yeast & serve with boiled potatoes!
